  1. I'm pretty sure this site has the first book for sale: http://www.etvmarket.com/book/detail/51759-stranichki-trezvosti-chtenie-na-kazhdyij-den
but I'm not sure about these two:

I found the second book at two U.S. libraries:
    University of Wisconsin-Madison Libraries (non-circulating): http://search.library.wisc.edu/catalog/ocm21529226
    and New York Public Library:

    Hope this helps.

    1. Thank you, Magda! Another Russian speaker has also sent links. We are working on getting a copy, and perhaps getting it translated and published in English. Thank you to all those who have emailed in private as well.

    3. Dear Fr. George!
The book in Russian is available for download or for purchase at this website:
      metanoia.msdm.ru.
It is found on the home page, in the upper right corner.
The website itself belongs to AA group at Danilov Monastery in Moscow, and includes many posts by the author of the "Pages of Sobriety".
      With love in Christ,
      Mikhail.
